Returns Policy

MaviMe only sells brand new products. We do not except returns or exchanges. In the case that your product is defective due to manufacturer negligence, please contact the appropriate manufacturer.

We take great care in the way we package and ship the item(s) to you. If your item(s) are damaged in the shipping or mailing process to you, MaviMe cannot accept responsibility. Please take pictures of your item and contact the shipping company or post office to assist you.

Pricing policy
We provide scrapbooking products at a discount. The discount amount is based on the original retail price of the item(s).
Sales Tax
We charge required local and state taxes for California only. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by PayPal.
Payment Options MaviMe currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover via Paypal. We do not accept checks or cash.

We currently ship to the 50 United States only. International customers, please contact Customer Service. All items are shipped via USPS and we do provide you with a tracking number. MaviMe.com is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance for your item at an additional charge, by email customerservice@mavime.com for assistance.

Orders will be processed within 3-5 full business days in most cases (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please note: it may take 10+ days for your item to arrive after shipping.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item. Each item for sale will list the shipping price for that sale.
Tracking Your Order

An order tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier.
